17th April 2018 – Registration temporarily suspended. Due to changes in the GST (Goods and Services Tax)
position for International Events being held in Australia, which we hope will prove favourable to many
attending ISHA 2018, we have temporarily suspended registration whilst we await clarification.
We hope to have this finalised within the next week, at which time we will re-open registration. If you have
already registered, we will liasie with you directly regarding any adjustments to your registration.

Attendees may register for the 2018 ISHA Annual Scientific Meeting online using their credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa). Simply follow the link on this page to register on our secure site. You will initially be asked to create an account.
All pre-registered ISHA attendees will be emailed confirmations. If you do not receive a confirmation following your registration, please contact the ISHA 2018 Registration Office.
Cancellations will be subject to a US $150 processing fee, and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing in the ISHA 2018 Registration Office by September 3, 2018. No refunds will be issued after that date.
ISHA 2018 accept American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
If you are using a credit card which is in a different name to the person being registered, you will be asked to give the name of the card holder on your registration form to help us to match the correct payment to the appropriate registration.
If your credit card is declined, please try another card or contact the ISHA 2018 Registration Office at email@example.com about alternate forms of payment.

The ISHA 2018 organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received.
It should be understood an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtaining a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the ISHA 2018 ASM to provide any financial support.
